KUMUSTAHAN SA KAARAWAN

Inviting all June Birthday Celebrators (DPO and DCO) to the “KUMUSTAHAN SA KAARAWAN”

celebration on June 28, 2024, 3:00PM at Dole Gym.

In line with this activity, please be informed of the following guidelines for the claiming of tokens:

1. Employees who cannot personally claim their cakes may appoint a proxy to claim the cakes on their behalf. The proxy must bring an authorization letter signed by the employee and/or photocopy of employee celebrator’s ID .
2. Enough number of cakes are available for distribution at Dole Gym and will be solely for June Celebrators. If, for any reason, you are unable to get your cake on the day of the event, you may claim it on the next scheduled date(as per IR’s announcement) at Mahintana-Nutripan located @ Dahlia Street, Brgy. Poblacion, Polomolok South Cotabato until July 12 only.
3. To ensure receipt of your cake, please register for a claim voucher upon attendance. If unable to join the Kumustahan sa Kaarawan event on June 28, 2024, you may claim your cake vouchers at HR-IRD from July 1, 2024 – July 12, 2024 only.
4. Any claims of cake token without voucher and outside the claiming period will NOT be catered.
