  • Why Didn’t My Leave Get Approved?

    For Rank-and-File Employees, check your time and attendance with your Timekeepers. For any other clarifications, reach out to the Payroll Section. 

    For Management Staff, verify your time and attendance through the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). 

  • How Can I Request Time Off?

    Access the HRIS – Leave application System through kiosks provided in strategic areas of the facility or visit the designated HR website to apply for leaves. 

  • How Can I Get My Certificate of Employment?

    Send an email to hrsupport_mail@dolefilcares.com or approach the Compensation Team. You can also use our HelpDesk. Make sure to specify the purpose of your request for a Certificate of Employment. 

  • Am I Eligible for the Bottom-Line Bonus?

    All regular employees, excluding probationary and project-based employees, are eligible. Those with less than a year of service receive it on a pro-rata basis.
