DUVO LMC-Kapatiran Launches Kape-Usap

“Speak out” is one of the mementos of the former Dolefil Managing Director, Nick Yiannakis. With this, DUVO LMC-Kapatiran launched the first session of Kape-Usap last August 31, 2022 at HR Training Room with the participation of selected employees from Logistics and Packaging.

This program, which was facilitated by the Kapatiran steering committee, headed by Hazel Bautista and Chireal Bandoy, commenced in order to bridge the gap between management and rank and file, to enhance feedback mechanisms, and to promote harmonious relationship and industrial peace. It was a venue for everyone to voice out their concerns and hopefully create solutions to their issues.

Crislyn Prescion from Logistics and Packaging commented, “Kape-usap Program is a good idea of DOLE LMC Kapatiran for us to clarify all our doubts and extend our concern and suggestion. Thank you for the chance that I am one of the participants.”

This activity is one of the many programs the Kapatiran has prepared in order to strengthen the foundation of the organization.

The next session of Kape-Usap will be on September 15, 2022 for DUVO Warehouse Section.
