Dolefil Agriculture Operations Achieves 10 Million Safe Man-Hours

Dolefil’s Agriculture Operations have successfully achieved 10 Million Safe Man-Hours from August 14, 2022 to January 28, 2023 – equivalent to 168 working days without Lost Time Accidents. This achievement is a testament of Dolefil’s commitment to ensuring the safety of its people. The Company acknowledges the participation, collaboration, and contribution from every level and department within the Agriculture Operations Division.

Achieving 10,000,000 Safe Man-Hours is just the beginning of other opportunities in eliminating First aid cases, Non-Lost time incidents, Restricted work cases, and property damage which continue to happen even as Dolefil recognizes this accomplishment. Zero incidents are indeed possible and should be aspired for.

The Company will continue to strengthen its safety awareness campaigns, detect, report, and immediately correct unsafe acts and unsafe conditions as a means of prevention.
