Dolefil SAP Warehouse Management Successfully Implements Go Live and Hypercare

Excellence is indeed in the DNA of each proud Doler, a testament to this is the successful implementation of the Dolefil SAP Warehouse Management Go Live and Hypercare. As a result of this, Dolefil can globally compete world class in terms of rolling out system application projects. The project went live in production on April 6, 2023, and Hypercare ended on May 6, 2023. This project gave way to one integrated system (full SAP inventory and warehouse management module) as a tool for Dolefil Supply Chain Physical Logistics data management.

Additionally, this also contributes for streamlined process to production operations, supply chain planning & shipping, quality assurance, and finance. Previously, two systems were used, i.e. SAP Inventory Management & D365 Warehouse Management; the latter was a good tool and a good learning ground for WMS but brought multiple challenges as users needed to deal with two systems for 1.9 years.

Today, Dolefil is using SAP WM in the business-as-usual scenario and driving for continuous improvements/enhancements. Also, the systematic issues resolution culture for warehouse users and process ownership are being heightened to ensure that sustainable processes are in place, super-users are recognized, and non-value adding steps in data management are mitigated or eliminated.

The successful implementation of this project was made possible through the strong project implementation and results driven Digital Technologies Team and the support and guidance of Dolefil’s Leadership Team.
