Dolefil, AY Foundation, and Mahintana Foundation, Inc. Turn Over Two Madrasah Classrooms

In fulfillment of the Dole Promise in creating a shared value to all of its stakeholders, Dolefil in partnership with AY Foundation, Mahintana Foundation, Inc. and LGU Polomolok turned over two Madrasah Classrooms in Barangay Lumakil and Barangay Koronadal Proper in Polomolok, South Cotabato on January 16, 2023. The Madrasah is a school for the basic education of Muslim children including the teachings of Islam as a religion of Peace. According to Datu Hossen Palalisan, the  establishment of Madrasah is a step towards a journey to peace and development with Muslim children.

The building was formally turned over to the community by Mr. Rey Doria, VP and Managing Director of Dolefil, Ms. Michele Marie Y. Dee, Executive VP of AY Foundation, Mr. Martiniano Magdolot, President of Mahintana Foundation, Inc., and Mayor Bernie Palencia of Polomolok, South Cotabato with the presence of representatives from the RCBC, DILG South Cotabato, PLGU South Cotabato, PNP-Polomolok, Muslim Council of Elders Polomolok and Polomolok Values Formation Council.
