KUMUSTAHAN SA KAARAWAN

Inviting all May Birthday Celebrators (DPO and DCO) to the “KUMUSTAHAN SA KAARAWAN” celebration on May 31, 2024, 3:00PM at Dole Gym.

In line with this activity, please be informed of the following guidelines for the claiming of tokens:

1. Employees who cannot personally claim their cakes may appoint a proxy to claim the cakes on their behalf. The proxy must bring an authorization letter signed by the employee and/or photocopy of employee celebrator’s ID .
2. Limited cakes are available for distribution and will be distributed in a “first come, first serve” basis. If, for any reason, you are unable to get your cake on the day of the event, you may claim it on the next scheduled date(as per IR’s announcement).
3. To ensure receipt of your cake, please register for a claim voucher upon attendance. The registration period for claim vouchers will be on May 31, 2024 only.
4. Any claims of cake token without voucher and outside the registration period will NOT be catered.
